The FedEx Drop Box located at 3733 University Boulevard West in Jacksonville, Florida, United States provides convenient 24/7 drop-off services for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days. The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging and a FedEx label. Packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at this location.

Drop-off times may vary depending on the location, with many drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times and Saturday pickup options at select sites. To use the drop box, create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Print the label and affix it to your package before bringing it to the drop box.
