"God forbid you ever need to cancel because you’re moving out of the area they service. These customer service agents kept me hemmed up in conversation to try to keep my service active after I repeatedly told them please just cancel. They spoke over me with their whole spiel about how they’ll give me $50 in credit and I kept telling them no and they just talked over me and transferred me to someone else who did the same thing. I will never use their services again"
