"Newline used to be a decent place to work, but has really suffered under the new regime. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, and the culture has become toxic. They act as they own your truck with all the rules placed onto the driver. Under the current management, it is more about the company and less about the drivers. The lack of work, responsiveness, and respect leaves a lot to be desired. Best of luck to those who sign on. Management and dispatch are not to be trusted."
