"They cut you off when trying to tell them what I was calling (supervisor). 1st I called to see what time was the cut off time for a package to be delivered. The guy keep was saying do I need to drop package, I said no, waiting on a (my) package. again he instant where I can drop a package. After trying to find out what I needed I asked for supervisor who not very friendly she's the one who keep cutting me of. I know fex ex hire some people who don't speak clear English . But they really don't understand our language. They are only reading what they know. Sad country"
