Pizza Hut 10619 Gibsonton Drive, Riverview, FL 33569

"We first ordered here last week. When I went to pick up my pizza, I got the feeling they hadn’t made it. They told me it was almost done, then brought it out about 10 minutes later. When I got home, we realized it was still very doughy, the cheese wasn’t even melted, pepperoni wasn’t crispy at all, it was obviously rushed. I called and they gave me a credit for the pizza. Tonight I called in an order to use my credit. I just ordered a large pepperoni pan crust. When I went to get it, there were about 15 people in the lobby with one very slow lady working up front. They gave me a pizza, but it was just a cheese. I told her and she said it would be 15 minutes to remake it. During this time I witnessed many other customers not getting correct orders and waiting 30+ minutes in the lobby. When I finally got my pizza, I went home and realized it wasn’t even pan crust. It was cooked this time, but still didn’t taste great. I don’t know how it’s so hard to look at an order and make it correctly. But this was the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to!"

"Everytime I go to this pizza hut... I sit at the drive thru window and have to call for service!!!! When I initially called to place the order there was lots of noise and laughter in the background....very unprofessional."

"Order wasn't made the correct way. One of the pizzas were supposed to have Extra sauce on it, but neither of the pizzas had sauce on them at all, just bread chease and toppings. The wings barelt had any color to them and bare had lemon pepper seasoning on it. Highly disappointed in this location"

"Best pizza ever!! And I am picky. This was hot when delivered and made exactly right. We have ordered from all of the pizza places around, it's a gamble if you will get what you ordered. This time, this was perfection."

"If I could leave negative stars, I sure would!!! My husband ordered 2 large pizzas, one with extra cheese and extra bacon. The other was sausage and pepperoni with extra cheese. They both had extra cheese but only in the center...the outer edge was burnt, dry and hard, not even edible. The one absolutely did NOT have extra bacon, there was no bacon in the center where the extra cheese was. I called to let them know and the lady that answered the phone said "well, I can give you a $5 credit"...NO THANKS PIZZAHUT, WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN! No wonder you only have 3.2 stars."
