"The manager who "assisted" me was condescending and rude. I've used FedEx On Site locations before and they have always been happy to tape a box for me if I didn't have tape or it needed a little extra to secure it. Not a big deal, I needed tape anyway but he waited until after I purchased packing tape to tell me the label printer was broken and he couldn't ship my package. Kinda shady, but whatever. He then proceeded to chase me down yelling across the store that I need to pay for the packing tape, which he watched me do not 2 minutes before and despite the cashier is telling him repeatedly that I already paid. I cringe to think how he treats his employees if this is how he treats customers."
