FedEx OnSite is conveniently located inside Dollar General at 2780 SW County Rd 760a in Arcadia, Florida. You can pick up and drop off FedEx pre-labeled packages at this location, saving you the hassle of waiting at home for a delivery or making an extra trip to drop off a package. Simply bring your tracking number and ID, and your package will be ready for pickup once notified. Packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label, weighing less than 55 pounds and smaller than 48" x 25" x 25".
There are no additional fees for using this service, and you can also drop off pre-packaged and pre-labeled return packages for online shopping returns. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages are accepted as long as they have a U.S. originated address and include a completed printed label using your FedEx account number or credit card payment.
Please note that this location does not provide shipping or packing materials, so all packages must be ready to ship with a printed shipping label affixed to the box. For assistance with packing supplies or help with packaging items, you can visit a nearby FedEx Office location or one of the select participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax locations.
