"I ordered a pizza went to pick it up and because a had a large bill ( my money) I was told they could not accept it. I was paying cash. I have never had this happen before. I find it hard to believe as busy as it was they could have made changes for it was not that large. I've already like their pizza but they have lost a me as a customer."
"I waited 60 minutes for 1 “hot and ready” pizza at the Arcadia store. The stores online order is down more often than not. They never have change, only debit or exact cash. Don’t recommend."
"I tried ordering pizza for lunch. I ordered online and when I went to pick the pizza up, it was made with regular crust. The employee told me she tried to call me and left a voicemail, I did see a missed call from an unknown number but no voicemail. They were out of thin crust so they went ahead and made it with regular crust. I asked them if they could remake the pizza with stuffed crust since it was their fault it was made wrong. She told me she would have to charge me an additional $2 and some change. The pizza was already $20. You mean to tell me you're going to charge me more for replacing a pizza that your system allowed me to order? The fact they needed to charge me the extra $2 for the stuffed crust is absolutely insane considering I was already there to pick it up. This was my first (and LAST) experience with you all."
