Walmart Grocery Pickup

"Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with DELIVERY. After paying my subscription fees and sometimes a few express delivery fees I ALWAYS HAD MULTIPLE MISSING ITEMS. Every single time. I’m not sure if it was the people putting my order together that truly didn’t care or the drivers that were stealing but it was never just one item missing it was always multiple items missing. I finally cancelled my subscription. It’s a shame because the idea is great and could definitely help some people, but WALMART NEEDS TO DO BETTER!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!"

"I order groceries from Amzon Fresh and Whole foods on a regular basis, and most of the time substitutions are few, and appropriate. My first time getting Walmart grocery delivery, there were substitutions for 40% of the items, and they seemed to not be able to substitute a dozen eggs. I really don't believe they had no eggs at the store."

"I live in the area and have always had great service! It is very seldom they cannot provide everything in my order and when they cant they always replace it with a great substitute. The associates are always friendly and yet respect the Covid rules! Best pick up in the area!!"

"Horrible. 9 out of 15 items out of stock but wasn't alerted so I can make other arrangements. The delivery was 5 hours past the scheduled window. Sent me 2 severely dented cans. Really!?!? (I'm just now leaving a review but this was last month well before all the Corona craze)"

"If I could give this negative 5 I would. I've delivered groceries from around 10 walmarts all over Central Florida for Postmates and Doordash, through Walmarts delivery service. Mount Dora, Clermont, Winter Springs, all over Brevard, Orange and Osceola. This is by far, and its not even close, the absolute worst run Pick/Delivery service in the region. Ive tried to pick up from here on at least three different occasions. Every. Single. Time. It takes hours, the employees just throw their hands up and continue to do deliveries, while the Postmates drivers sit and wait. Not sure this is intentional, maybe they dont want to have work with the drivers? Absolute joke, most Walmarts, or basically all of them, the delivery workers are super friendly and awesome. They have one poor guy loading car after car. Looks bad on Walmart...."
