"My order from Adidas had been "received at the facility" for 6 days. Submitted a customer service email. Today on the 14th it gets 3 new updates. Held in warehouse, please contact us at 2:56, package received at destination facility 2:59, delivered at 3. Been home since noon with a clear view of my front porch from the living room. They either lost, damaged, or stole my package and tried to cover their butts with these faked updates. How the hell are you still open?"

"This courier never leaves the packages at your door. I spent two hours looking for a package that was “delivered in a lobby” (there is no lobby where I live) and couldn’t find it until it hit me to look outside the gate on a busy road, low and behold I found it placed under a sign that directly stated not to leave packages there. Sad."

"The delivery drivers refuse to deliver packages to my apartment complex’s mailroom or someone’s front door. Instead, they just pick a random hallway and drop all building packages there. It’s quite shocking someone would go out of their way, drive into our complex, and drop off the packages. It would be easier for them to park by the office and deliver the packages to the mailroom."

"If I could give this company a NEGATIVE star-rating, I would. I order two pairs of sneakers from Adidas that were "delivered" two weeks ago according to their tracking information. Not only were they NOT delivered, but someone else's package (her name and address included) was left at my door by LaserShip rather than MY package. Someone at the company slapped a sticker with my address in addition to the label address to the appropriate recipient. Fortunately for the person missing her box, I was able to contact her on social media and she obtain her box full of baseball caps. As for me, LaserShip is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to reach and the "people" I spoke with continued to say it was delivered REGARDLESS of the photos I sent proving that MY package was not delivered. At the very least, I'd like to know where my package is and if they lost it because of carelessness, they should refund the $400 I spent on two pairs of sneakers. I am still trying to fight to find out where my sneakers are as they were by no means cheap AND HOW is this my fault?!? Their employees could be stealing packages and there would be no repercussions. I plan to report this company to the BBB if I do not have an answer by the end of the week, as this has been over a three week venture of searching for my package."
