"This company is receiving ZERO STAR RATING if one was available. They are used by Columbia Sportswear, and provide absolutely no tracking, takes 3 MONTHS to investigate lost packages and then offers NO REFUND when they claim the status as delivered. Worse, there’s no recourse for refund. Will never shop at Columbia or use this delivery service, NO WAY!!!"

"They lost my Zara and Sephora packages! They said my address was undeliverable and they couldn’t find it. Every other delivery service finds my address just fine. You guys are thieves and hopefully y’all go out of business soon."

"They stole my package even after having JCPenney's on the phone to hear the lady say yes we have the package right here and it would be delivered to you in 2 days but guess what it never showed up I end up having to get a refund they decided they didn't want to send me my package this says a lot about their business. But that's not the kicker the first time they claimed to have delivered it they claimed it was delivered but guess what I was sitting right in my living room and they had the audacity to send me an email saying just delivered. So I called right away and asked where it was delivered because I work from home and no one came to my door. I truly hope JCPenney's stop using this company because they're not trustworthy at all."

"I typically never leave bad reviews no matter how poor my experience was but I’m writing this to inform anybody reading this that there’s a very high chance of your package getting stolen if you’re using this delivery service. I’ve had two packages stolen from this company. And they will give you any and every excuse to not deliver your package. Nobody is allowed in the facility for pick up. If you’re buying from urban outfitters you’re much better off paying for expedited shipping than to use standard free shipping for it to be shipped with lasership."
