"They get a one star due to them holding my package for four days because an employee who scanned a return label to Arizona from Florida. This happened at a Walgreens FedEx pickup delivery site in Valrico Florida. The return label was provided by my former company and was scanned in by an employee there as a delivery for pickup for when clearly the label said the recipient was supposed to be located in Arizona. In the end I picked the box back up after going there several times telling them to send it to Arizona and took it down to the Brandon FedEx office in Walmart where I had to pay 85 dollars out of my pocket for it to be delivered early the following week... It should have cost me 0 dollars but due to their incompetence I had to pay as the box was going to be late then my old companies expectation. They were going to punish me financially on my last check due to the delay so I took the hit to make sure that was all I was out money wise, because it could had been much worse. They see that the package is on its way now so my check was released. Amazing how some people can't do their job correctly and requires customers to have to step up and do it for them."

"I've been here a few times, but these last two times (both during December 2022) I just needed a couple of pages printed each time. It was a great experience each time. The email with the document took more than expected to "get to the print service" but overall, hat doesn't detract from the objective that was for me to print what I needed. The ONLY reason I took 1 star off was because of the price; $3 for 1 page, 1 side? A bit too much, honestly . But that's not the employee's fault but FedEx Corporate's Thanks!"
