"Terrible experience! My complex recommended “fetch” as a more convenient way to receive packages straight to your door… well I have lost $400 between 2 item. Amazon delivered to fetch and they will NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF LOST OR STOLEN. A person by the name of Rachel at the front desk always receives the packages yet my package never got to my door. I reached out to customer service and they said “ I need to start a package review with our facility to gather more information on your package. We will provide periodic updates until your situation is resolved” yet nothing… very frustrating. I just became a victim of this mafia company."
"The mafia of package delivery. If your apartment complex mentions this company run as fast as you can. They take zero responsibility for packages stolen or damaged by their employees. Doesn’t matter if it was shipped with insurance from another carrier because as soon as Fetch signs for it the insurance is no longer valid. If they lose a package you have to eat the cost as far as the shopper is concerned it was delivered."
"I never had any problems with packages getting delivered to my apartment. Then my complex started requiring us to use Fetch. First of all, they are not open 24 hours to accept packages. So my first package delivered to Fetch was delivered at 8:00pm and they never found it by the front door. I assumed it probably got stollen. I complained to Fetch about this and they said there was nothing to do and it wasn't their fault. They did not agree to any refund. Luckily, I had ordered my package through Amazon which has exponentially better customer service. They offered me a replacement after 48 hours of the package being missing. I asked them to change the address so that I didnt have to use Fetch again but that was impossible. This time I put the hours of operation for the Fetch delivery center in the instructions so that they would not deliver outside of hours of operation. Problem solved...I thought. They got the package this time and signed for it and Amazon gave me this information and Fetch. Fetch scheduled a delivery between the hours of 4-7 last Friday night. Never came. I even walked up and down the stairs of the building at my complex to see if it was delivered to a different aparment at 8pm. This was not safe and it was nowhere to be found. I have not seen any update on my packages since (they are closed on the weekends to be fair and holidays). I think this service is a scam and an attempt to profit on causing inconvenience. CHERRY ON TOP: they just found the original package somehow and scheduled a delivery for today. Lets see if it comes. LOL. Still no update on the replacement packages. DO NOT USE FETCH. horrible customer service. horrible execution. horrible app. horrible hours of operation. horrible fee I have to pay for a service I will never be using again."
"Wish I could give them 0 stars. Lost my package and blamed it on Amazon even though one of their people signed for it. Did not end up finding it and recommended that I take it up with amazon… but Amazon will not refund you if you receive packages through a third party. Don’t use them, they suck. They lose packages and don’t actually take accountability for their actions."
"Just wanna say I didn’t want to use this service but my apartment forced me to pay for it.. That being said, they have been very useful. I use the warehouse as a storage for all my packages until I’m ready to get them. Works out great since I can go at my own time, they have an air conditioned unit, and they are close by. I don’t bother with the delivery service since it means more chance of my packages being mishandled or lost, plus it kinda defeats the point of using fetch in the first place. Keep it up y’all"
