"I sent an item priority mail to my mom. It was a special hand-embroidered piece that was supposed to arrive before my daughter's bridal party so my mom could share in the day. This post office delivered it to a box, but put the key in the wrong mail slot. It's been a week and they claim nobody knows anything about the package. I filed a missing mail notification. They've marked it as delivered. I spent three weeks making that hand-embroidered item. It was intricate and special. My mom has now talked to several postal workers and nobody seems to care. The system is all automated, and I need an appraisal of the item to claim the insurance on it. I can't get it appraised since it's missing."

"This post office is up to something very sketchy. I had a package coming from China, and granted sometimes this company has caught a bad rap for scamming people, but that is not been my experience in over 20 orders from this same company. A package was supposed to be delivered to me on December 21 and showed tracking from the time it left China to when it hit America in Indiana and then when it hit the Leesburg post office. And then never showed up to my house. I know my postal delivery person and asked her if she had seen the package and when she informed me she had not seen it either I went to the company I ordered from and they told me that it was up to the post office. So I took my tracking number to the post office where they told me that once it came to the Leesburg post office it somehow magically changed the name and address on the package to a different local address. Not sure how that happened because it made it through all other channels with my name and address on it, verified through Photos, but then it gets to the Leesburg post office, and magically my Lululemon bum bag was delivered to someone else in the same city. They refused to give me the information, which I understand, but also refused to reach out on my behalf. Someone in the Leesburg post office absolutely stole the package and I will be following up. They are committing crimes, and I cannot be the only one. The gentleman helping me smacking his gum. The entire time didn’t help the experience either. This place is garbage. You cannot trust them."

"the people working here are not friendly whatsoever. I haven’t had one good experience at this place and the lady that helped me today was no exception. the tone of her voice and the way she spoke made me feel stupid and less than a person. she read my name on the package and asked if it was really my name like it was the stupidest thing she’s ever heard. when i asked if there’s something wrong with my name she didn’t respond. that made me feel bad and honestly really awkward. these people need to consider other careers because customer service is clearly not for them."
