"The hours read till 7 pm,I call to make sure there's physical people there to help me,before I drive 15 minutes, and all they want to talk about is COVID shot, and stuff I don't care about, never got my answer, never got to speak with a person, none of the options were what I needed, what a waste of 20 minutes on the phone, poor service"
"I can’t say enough about the desk clerks at this office. I typically go to Nella, Andrew, and Jason but no matter who I go to they are all professional and great to deal with. My experiences here have all been positive. Keep up the great work."
"Rude mother in law barely walk elderly has trouble seeing “postal clerk” working at post office not a police officer , please remember this. Was short rude not very polite but whatever I went to save alit came back she’s still at the counter which I know giving her health problems I thought federal offices had to cater to disabled? Anyways he asks her to sign she said where I can see . At which point mr postal clerk has big smile says I hope you’re not driving then . My mother in-law says of course not. That’s because me with 28 years law enforcement expierence was driving her. So I decided to contact post master in the area but can’t find a number for him . So today is Monday April 3 rd Spring Hill plaza office younger male employee working at 1030 am dark hair eyes short for male. Post master since when did postal clerks get arrest powers or do you only hire criminal defense attorneys now that can give legal advice? I suggest you tell your employees to mail packages and lick stamps and leave the police work to certified law enforcement officers. I will be sure to call local fop lodge see if we can get word to the sheriff that post office clerks now are giving legal advise about driving without a license. If you would like to speak to me personally short postal clerk I’d be happy to discuss your responsibilities while working as a “clerk “ at the post office and the multitude of training you’ll need before you are able to obtain arrest powers to enforce Florida state traffic offense love tax payer ."
