Packages must be securely sealed and labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label, weighing less than 55 pounds and smaller than 48" x 25" x 25".
There are no additional fees for using this location, and packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted, and all packages must have a completed printed label using a FedEx account number or credit card payment.
Please note that this location does not provide shipping or packing materials, so packages must be ready to ship when dropped off. For assistance with packing supplies or help packing items, visit a nearby FedEx Office location or select participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax locations.
