"Honestly disappointed in the service. I have been making an air shipment with internal shipping to San Crisitobal for almost a month and it has not yet arrived, it just says that it is en route and today I call and they have the nerve to say that today is cargo day so I called on Monday. Gentlemen, it is not my problem if today is the closing of loading. I made a payment for a service which they have not fulfilled and have not given me a response. I feel like they deceived me and sent it by sea and not by air which I paid for. I have people from the media investigating the case. Last time I use that service."
"IRRESPONSIBLE. I don't recommend it at all. I sent 4 boxes and they opened all of them and stole more than 75 items including shoes, clothes, food, medicines, toiletries and stop counting, now they don't answer for anything, they wash their hands and they don't have a supervisor to face. The service is terrible, they never answer the phones. Thieves."
"The worst service I have ever been able to pay for. I sent three boxes from the USA to Venezuela and they arrived more than two months later broken, with half of the products I sent and most of them destroyed. During the two months I was calling the company and they were always lying and giving a different answer. TERRIBLE SERVICE, I do not recommend them."
