"Worst experience ever. I have medication being delivered by them (from a local pharmacy) and they have not updated anything. My medicine has been marked as “out for delivery” for 2-3 days now. No updates. Nothing. Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute joke. The medicine is time sensitive too. So that’s fun. Gonna be ruined sitting in their truck all weekend. Thanks for literally NOTHING. Cannot say enough negative things about this trash company."

"Do yourself a favor and make sure the online retailer you order from doesn’t use this company before you purchase anything. This is the worst company I have ever interacted with. On two seperate occasions I have had packages returned to the sender by these incompetent couriers. With zero prior notice they have tried to deliver packages at 10:00-12:00 mid day when no one was home. I’m not sure how many of you take a month off work to wait for packages but if you do then this is the delivery service for you. I called the delivery driver (his name is Jose) 5 minutes after he buzzed my door but he refused to help. The company he told me to call refused to help, and so did the company they told me to call. Absolute joke of a company, do not use them."
