"Drivers are reckless. Almost hit me and 2 other cars. Van #139 on 4/11/23 at 3:20pm. Going west on 186th. In a school zone speed up in a turn lane and tried to cut in front of everyone almost hitting a car turning right, the car in front of me and myself. Called to report them. No one wanted to help. Put me on hold 4 times. It's raining. Lots of traffic and school zones. Do better"

"Terrible Service. Reservation was made for 10:30 am. Driver showed up at 11:30. The secretary of the care center called twice and they said that the driver would be about 30 min late and there was nothing she could do. After that I asked the secretary to let me speak with the receptionist who said that unfortunately the driver has an I convenience and nothing could be done. I asked to speak to supervisor. I waited until she hang up on me. Finally the driver arrived at 11:30, my mother arrived late to her appointment and could not see the doctor who had a conference right after the appointment. Driver was reckless, knowing he was late he drove fast. Very irresponsible company."

"Terrible driver and human being. He was aggressive and irresponsible with disregard to the lives and safety of others while on the road. I was ahead of him by a whole car, so I put on my turn signal to let him know I intended to switch lanes. This driver sped up and almost hit me while I was halfway into the lane. Unproffesional and reckless with disregard to the safety of the passenger he was transporting. If he lacks patience on the road, then he should not be allowed to transport our most senior members of society."
