High Noon Guns Venice 1867 South Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293

"About 8 years ago I put a Sign Sauer p938 on layaway at the Venice store with the understanding I was getting a veterans discount 10% at the last payment I was informed that a layaway did not qualifie for the discount. I was lied to for the sale. Jan. 20 2024 at the Fruitville Rd. store I purchased on line a Canik TP9SF 9 mm Fde 18+1 full accessory pack. " I was informed 8 were in stock in the warehouse and when they receive it I would be called". I called a week later asking what was the hold up on me coming to pick up my purchase and was rudely informed that when it comes in that I would be called. I later found out that they don't have a main warehouse. Again lied to for the sale. Finally I received a full refund. I'm disappointed as I still use the Venice gun range and have been treated professionally by the staff. I hope some day sales will be conducted better in the future how ever I won't be buying from Highnoon again."

"The heavy set younger employee is rude and condescending. The first time i stopped in I was looking for a 22 caliber handgun and he spoke to me as if i was an idiot. I did not buy a gun there. Today I had family in from California and we stopped in at 6pm when the website said they close at 7. He stated they there are no discounts and we could only shoot for 20 minutes. I said I didn't ask for a discount and 20 minutes is fine. 15 minutes later he came into the range and stated that we only had a few minutes left. No biggie. Then asked the person next to us if they where done they said yes so he told us to remove our earplugs the range is closed. I will never go back and I strongly suggest you don't. This is the first negative review I have ever gave."
