"Like any other shipping company,their pallet rate categorization isnt consistent.delivered some items their myself and was hoping they could have told me on the spot which rate i would get,but the person resonspible for that called out sick that day. So i had to whatsapp them with pictures of the 5 items and they agreed to give me the lower rate.Free delivery of all packages in Nassau,which is great.will ship with them again."
"If I could gave it a zero rating I would. You can never reached them on any contact information. I tried email,calling, and WhatsApp never a reply.A you never have an idea what time your package would reach you and their no office to pick up."
"I tested his company before i becme a member . Honestly it is horrible! My package was sent from amazon . December the 5th Today is the 12th I could not reach a staff member and emails are ignored. I wanted to change my current courier Because they are always adding unnecessary fees. but these couriers are becoming worst little pirates. If I ever recieve my package. I wont be using this company again what an impression. Its cheaper to fedex or send all items to hotels and avoid all this stress and high costs ."
