"We have been using this company for more than 5 years, and I must say that you expect that when you pay for the service everything is fulfilled, they charge insurance that does not help for partial losses, that is, if you send 4 pairs of shoes and 2 arrive, they tell you that they are very sorry and that in Colombia they are very thieves, and I think that if there is insurance involved it should cover everything and pay for it, not just for total losses, which they also tell you is when they already rob you and it is not written in any part, because that gives rise to them stealing from us and nothing happens, they use TCC in Colombia, which unfortunately is a company with many problems of partial parcel thefts, they can search on Google, and even so they continue using it, that is, as a customer It's worthless, they did it to me twice, but it was enough, tell the people that the merchandise is not safe, that they can steal it and you are not responsible, and then one will see if they are in charge or not with you, and leave to collect insurance that does not exist because it is just a word, because I have not seen the first paper that shows what insurance one pays. To be clear, we have had two problems with TCC, they gave us half-filled boxes, a 76-pound box weighing 42 pounds, and we couldn't even file a claim with TCC because it was international, which is the worst part, and it always comes to nothing."
