"The service provided is deficient, you can not expect any support if you need to make a claim regarding your shipment, they only care for transporting, but do not expect any support beyond that. The person in charge in Colombia (Diana Acevedo) does not care about providing a good customer service, you note her lack of knowledge and experience, she does not even know the difference between a commercial and personal shipments."
"I do not recommend it. The lady who currently works in that office does not comply with Cargo Zone policies in dispatching boxes within 24 hours. I sent 4 boxes and only shipped 2 and the other two were held in the Tamarac office for a week without being shipped, without any justification. It hurt me terribly because they didn't arrive on time but 15 days later. Then they took more money from me in Bogotá to free one of the boxes."
