"Visited this store today and it was a nightmare. The associate refused to honor the advertised sale prices. They were offensive, extremely aggressive and unprofessional. This is extremely disappointing. We contacted the store manager and he has yet to respond. Do better West Marine! Sales are clearly deceptive and deceitful. If something is advertised as, "50% off the lowest ticketed price"...you'd think that a $4 item would be $2. This is not the case. Shame on you! False advertising. Stay away from this store. Terrible customer service."
