"Tampa Bay Athletics, or TBA as our gym family calls it, is the gym to be if you're looking for serious strength and/or metabolic gains. There is nothing the trainers can't work with you on and improve. Jimmy and Cale give personalized attention to each member and truly care about each of the members. This gym is not a typical "crossfit" gym for the fact they focus more on perfect form and injury prevention. I've made substantial strength gains in every single category you can measure, including Olympic lifting, all while dropping my body fat percentage by 8%. I would be lying to anyone if I said the workouts were easy, but who has ever accomplished anything by taking the easy way? On a final note, the other gym members MAKE the gym what it is, everyone is constantly pushing each other to their limits in the gym, but can also sit down and have a drink outside of the gym or at one of the many fun events TBA holds. If you haven't checked out TBA yet, I highly recommend stopping in for your free week, it WILL change your life."

The trainers also specialize in specific sports training, so weather you are into intermural tetherball or you play professional hockey, they have a work out for you!!
