"I had a truly great experience with this company. At first I was nervous because they did estimates of cargo rather than in-person or video inspections. I think the key is to really be aware of how much stuff you have because I saw a number of reviews saying that the movers charged way more than the estimate given by the broker. We estimated high to try and avoid that and I was surprised that we still went slightly over our estimate. But it wasn't much. At the end of the day we did a cross-country move from LA to NY for less than 1/2 of what anyone else had quoted us. The company they hired in LA to move us out was great. They helped pack some very fragile items like large computer monitors and everything arrived to NY in great shape. We had one fragile antique table that took some damage to one of the legs, but easy enough to fix. And that is despite horrendous weather across the country that the drivers had to deal with. Speaking of which, I was also shocked by how fast our stuff got here. We had expected 2 weeks or possibly a little more but the drivers called us on day 4 and said they'd be there the next day. They were delayed a day due to a small accident that occurred from the horrendous road conditions in the north east, but still got here in 6 days. Moving cross country is stressful and I was nervous about a lot of things, including how they were going to get some of our large items into our Brooklyn walk-up. But everything went very smoothly, quickly and cheaply. I highly recommend. Just make sure you're clear on how much you have and up front about any obstacles that may be present for the movers, like stairs or items that will need to be packed on-site."

"I personally know Jennifer and her team have the utmost integrity and work ethic. Moving is the second most stressful thing a human can do (second to divorce only). But her team cheerfully handle so many incredibly successful moves. Even when things go sideways, they go above and beyond to insure their vendors are held accountable and get things straightened out and back on track! I will definitely use them for all my large moving needs. As much as I’d like to say “this last move was my last” history tells me I’ll have need of them in the future. Thanks guys for being there for me when I need you!"

It was a true pleasure working with them it did take an extra few days for them to get to the delivery, which was not a problem. It's understandable during weather in delays. "Kyle at Pack Men USA was extremely understanding, pleasant to work with, and above-and-beyond helpful in orchestrating an emergency last-minute relocation for me last fall. There were some issues with the truck's arrival time at the pickup location due to a mechanical failure of the truck being used, but customer support did everything they could to keep me apprised of the situation and in contact with the driver during that stressful time. Eventually, the move was completed quickly and safely, and all the items moved arrived at the destination on schedule and without any mishandling, loss, or damage. I will be working with Pack Men USA, and Kyle specifically, for another upcoming move. Thank you!"

"Read ALL THE REVIEWS. They are ALL TERRIBLE. At the outset they are friendly almost overly complimentary and seem to be going the extra mile to get you to commit. However, once they have your money and have picked up your stuff YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY IN THE DARK AS TO WHEN, OR IF YOU WILL EVER GET YOUR STUFF. It’s been almost 3 weeks since my daughter’s stuff was picked up in Tucson AZ to be moved to FL. Her stuff has been sitting in a warehouse in Nevada ever since and has not moved one mile. I have called, emailed, submitted help requests on their website…..all the information I’ve ever gotten is “we are trying to locate driver.” WTH! I have gotten ZERO useful updates and still have NO IDEA when or IF items will arrive. My daughter is disabled and not having her stuff is increasing her anxiety not to mention the extra expenses we’ve had to go Purchase items we thought we’d have in a week or ten days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They have numerous BBB complaints as well. I sure wish I’d researched reviews and you should do that before giving these people a dime. I was told by “Kyle” and “Justin” when I was inquiring about cost etc how appreciative they were for my military service and how I could expect my daughters things to be professionally handled and most people get delivery with in 4 days. Well it’s been 20 days and NOTHING. Also estimate given was 1/3 of actual cost. I was told that a one bedroom apartment cost would be $1600 and that they would “lock price in.” Then the DAY BEFORE SCHEDULED MOVE you get a phone call from their closer and they tell you that you need more space! So up goes the cost. And they know you are STUCK because your lease is up and you have to be out and you cant possibly make other arrangements in time."
