"I asked for a ride but the driver never came she left me waiting for two hours the driver's name is CW and she always gets upset when she takes us I want to make a complaint about her"

"What a great idea this service is - free and safe. Unfortunately it's the most unreliable service known to man. Just requested rides 4 times with no luck - except we literally watched 6 EMPTY carts ride past, one saying he has no one to pick up. They've changed the app a couple times and nothings improved. Now it's just a bunch of pissed off drivers going wherever they want and being manipulated by riders to 'take me to where I'm going before you pick that guy up'. I just walked 2 miles before my ride even got to me - 25min after I ordered the ride - all the while the app tells me the driver is 3min away. and don't get stuck with a 'VIP' rider who is 'checking the service out for their town'. You'll NEVER get to your destination."

"We had a very rude and inconsiderate driver named "Lonnie" that said they could take us up to 1.5 miles and didn't go on any major roads or highways. We stayed at "The Ben" and the only reason we tried to use this is because it was reccomend. We were trying to go to a taco bell that was within 1.5 miles and not on any major highways or streets and she made us feel like idiots. She litterally belittled us and laughed at us in front of all the other people in the vehicle. She told us "go ahead and tell on me and not to the manager at "the ben" because I work for "circuit". So I asked her for her managers number or someone to contact and make a complaint and she said "figure it out". I was told this is the only way to get ahold of management. She actually showed back up and walked up and got in my face aggressively and very rudely tried to show me her "managers" number and then laughed again and said "you got in MY FACE" but I never moved an inch."

"The driver tamra f, or her every spelling is the worst driver on this app. She constantly keeps canceling my rice. She’ll be literally five minutes away and cancel it. I requested again now she’s 19 minutes away. She cancels it every time are you? She counsels my ride. This is absolutely crazy because I let her know my phone is dying and I need my ride and she keeps canceling!! she needs to be fired"

"Have requested rides within the locations available and drivers refuse to go to my requested locations alway make me walk the rest of the distance… If you live downtown past third or farther forget about it! They’re lazy.if you don’t want drivers going over there change your availability distance, just make the whole thing look bad when drivers refuse to drive to the requested location."
