"Immature, unprofessional, dishonest- this was our experience. There are an endless supply of brokers we can use and we will no longer require any services from TQL. Also- ignore the fake response posted below by company- they have no concern I promise you. Same response for all comments. Seriously- I’m pretty sure TQL is fully aware of its “QUESTIONABLE” practices. What am I going to tell you that you don’t know?!?! TQL feeds off the ignorance of shippers and drivers alike. Shippers choose them because they know the name and drivers choose them because they work with BRAND NEW, no experience drivers so they can pay them minimum rates. You get what you pay for."

"Shippers ANNNNND Drivers post bad reviews… This should tell you something as the two of them rarely agree! They were kind enough to post pics RIGHT HERE a couple weeks ago of who you are dealing with doing business with TQL Jacksonville. Low service level. Lack of professionalism. Lack of maturity. If you want a 20yr old fresh out of high school or maybe college with no real world experience brokering your load, and a BRAND NEW DRIVER transporting your merchandise this is the place for you. Again, look at the pics they post- These people look and dress more sleezy than used car salesman and they do it with pride boasting about it! That’s right- TQL is one of few brokerages who use new drivers/new businesses to transport so they can pay lower rates. YOU MAKE THE CHOICE- don’t get “sold.” Ask them for the MC# of the company transporting your goods so you can see how many WEEKS they've been in business."
