"Sent the box Aug 31, 2019. We're give a tracking number but until now there's no TRACE of the box by the tracking number they gave us. Called trillion times, no answer. Messaged, no answer. Went to talk to them personally and we're told that they already took the box to Virginia a week after Hurricane Dorian...yet the tracking is NOT showing acceptance in Virginia. Lady owner told us she's going to call us that day at 4 pm BUT NO CALL up to this date. My question is... WHERE IS THE BOX?????"
