"Called to book a load and the dispatcher was very rude. Its not my fault could not hear them because loud music was playing and everyone was talking. Persons said "WHAT " and HUNG up on me. These are the guys who are under paying Owner Operators and never including fuel surcharges with loads."

"IF you are getting a load thru this comp, CALL the shipper AND receiver & verify the appointment times!! The info on the rate con said 0900-1600 for pick up. I went the evening before hoping to get loaded & The shipper said the ACTUAL appointment was for 0700, I would have been screwed had I gone in late. The time for delivery said 1200 (noon). I arrived at the shipper & was told the appointment was for 0700 & they worked me in since I arrived at 1045. CALL & VERIFY the appt times. Also, they are apparently not smart enough to leave a voice mail when the call-I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, to much spam these days. I received 3 calls in a row they day I loaded & after I unloaded. CALL & VERIFY times since these folks don't seem to care about giving the correct times."

"Do not book woth them ! They lies , we sign and RCfor pick up 6/26 and delivery 6/27 and after i picked up they sent me am email to change the deivery for Thursday and not not answer!!"

"DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM GOT A LOAD THEM MONDAY, DELIVEY WAS FOR TUESDAY, TUEDAY MORNING THEY SEND A EMAIL SAYING DELIVERY IS FOR THURSDAY NIGHT , AND THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL THAT ON THURSDAY THEY DONT ANSWER CALLS OR EMAILS. IS NOT WORTH IE DEALING WITH THEM"
