"Bought a Refrigerator on Amazon. They gave me a list of things to do before delivery. When the Refrigerator came they refused to bring it in the House. Absolutely not Acceptable."

"We were scheduled a mattress and box spring delivery on Monday, November 20th, 2023. Appointment was between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The truck and our mattress never showed. We received no phone call that the delivery would not show or had to be rescheduled. I lost a day of pay with no reimbursement. When we called to resolve the issue we were lied to several times and were given 3 different reasons why the truck never showed. Now it's the 22nd of November and we still haven't received a call and we have no idea where our mattress is or when it will be delivered. My wife has talked to the store manager at JCPenny and she tried to help us. The issue has not been resolved. We would like to have the issue resolved as fast as possible seeing how I have already paid for the mattress. If it is not resolved quickly the next phone call will be from a lawyer. Very frustrated that we have not received any communication from them and do not want to cancel the transaction but if forced we will. Very unacceptable from a company that has a good track record for their delivery service."

"So I’ve read the reviews and I notice that the people who have left because they couldn’t abide by the policies in place have left negative reviews. I have one thing to say follow the rules and policies and you would still be here!!! As for owner ops unfortunately freight has taken a nose dive so hub couldn’t keep them around. As for me. I’ve been with hun for several years. I even left and came back. Now why would I come back you ask. Well to put it out there. I like it at hub. I just do my job and follow rules and policies and I do just fine. Do I like everything that goes on such as cameras no no I don’t but I choose to work there so it’s my choice. If you notice a lot of companies are going to cameras. Over all I like the company and I like the money. Come and check it out before you listen to the negative. See ya soon."

"Horrible place to work. Pay is great, but the morale and management team with the exception of a couple DMs are horrible. The main boss has no idea how to manage employees. It’s more than sitting behind a desk and sending messages. You hear 90% negative about what you do and not positive reinforcement. They do not take ownership of their behavior. They also speak negative about their supervisors AKA corporate leaders which creates bad rapport among drivers."
