"Today 12/5/23: I checked in at 09:31am for a 10:00am appt. I was called for a door at 09:35am and finished unloading at 10:35am. They called me at 10:45am for my paperwork. The lumper fee $100.00 and they only accept CASH or COMDATA CHECK!! There is a $1.00 fee if you have to purchase a check from them. Office personnel is nice and pleasant. I'm not sure why the bad reviews, my experience was great!!"

"This place is messed up I was the first one to check in they gave all the Mexican drivers doors first even ones arrived after me. Mexican lady in the office I understand looking out for your ppl but right is right! I even asked one of the drivers what time was his appointment he told me 1100 min was at 0700 we had the same product! Very messed up way to do business."

"It’s funny how God has a great sense of humor. I once worked for this organization. One day I politely asked the owner (I was an OTR -Over The Road) diver for them. The owner was bold enough to higher me right after truck driving school. I was truly great full to have been given such an opportunity. After several weeks and speaking with those who owned their own trucks, I became inquisitive. I asked the owner “if I purchased my own truck can I stay on like the others?” I was told “your doing great why would you want to buy your own, you can just drive mine”. Mind you the wealth gap that exists among AA”s I garnered enough courage (I used my retirement monies.. for those who would say, “he paid you enough to buy your own truck”. Not so. Anyway I digress, I fly to Alabama to purchase my unit, the original truck was a lemon. I had to stay an extra day to resign and renegotiate another unit. So I called out of work that Monday (like a responsible employee. I get back to town and I called to ask if I could come in to work. And was told I was let go because I “purchased my own truck, I must want to be on my own”. Fast forward three years later. I brought my own load to this facility using my own truck & my own refrigeration trailer. When they found out it was me, they trickled out to the staging area and gave me a half hearted “ how are you?” I took being let go personal, because I wanted to be better and garner the same pay as the other Owner-Operators. Glory Be to God, he had it all worked out. Revenge is living a good life and striving even when the odds are stacked against you."

"No overnight parking. The gates were open around 630 when I got there, staging area is in the back. There is a wait for paperwork after delivering if you have a usda load. Overall decent place"
