"I was good to Roehl. Went through their training program in Marshfield and obtained my CDL. Drove with them for close to one year. Got diagnosed with Cancer 8months into my contract and had to sit for awhile. When I returned to work it just wasn’t the same. No one was nice or respectable anymore. Had a different dispatcher. Couldn’t get along. Asked for a new one but was told no. Decided to leave and sit home for awhile. Roehl hit me with a 8,000 debt. Asked if I could return to finish the mileage contract and settle my debt and was told no. I know life isn’t fair just wasn’t expecting things to end how they did. Oh well…Rant over. "I was a candidate for the re-launch program, it was all set to go to orientation can I get a call saying I need more experience. I have 30 years Experience. I do have a gap but I have A clean record no accidents no tickets no dui. How much more r experience could I have. It’s called a relaunch program. Oh well I guess They really don’t want experience drivers"

"For the $6000+ “Get your Cdl” program I expected to be trained better than I was. First off I’m restricted to just automatic trucks so job availability after leaving this company is slim. Secondly, what they train you for versus what they actually have you do after you’re on your own is mind blowing. Third, I felt rushed throughout the entire program and if you’re falling behind or need more time they do not hesitate to send you home, so to say that I know that I was not ready is an understatement. I would not recommend."
