"If you’re a owner operator think TWICE!!! Honestly my advice would be to keep it moving. I resigned from Patriot within 3 weeks of working with this company as a owner operator truck driver. I often find that most dispatchers communicated with me as if I was a company driver not really giving me load options. But yet pre assigning me to loads without communicating with me about dispatch. They would already assign me a load the day before then call me with dispatch information on loads to places I had already said I didn’t want to travel too mainly because most of their Longer runs I feel are underpaid. I do feel most of the people here are kind however, As a owner operator we’re (ALL) in business to all make money even durning this pandemic. I was told from the CEO he would put me on a dedicated run in June which never happened. No offense to Patriot dispatchers But the communication with most of their dispatchers was also horrible. I would often call dispatch for work or just genuine questions. Somehow the Office phones are answered and the calls are ended immediately after picking up. This happened very often at least to me. I honestly feel why hire me on with your company to only allow me to run 1-2 loads a day that’s absolutely unacceptable. 2 loads are on a good day it’s mainly 1 load this company would offer me to run daily. I’ve spent hours searching for equipment for this company which was also very frustrating to me. I come out with the intentions to run at least 4 loads a day minimum. Patriot failed me as a owner operator hiring me on to only allow me to run 1-2 loads is very disappointing."

"We lost our good customer thanks to the poor quality of service from this company. They were not responsive to our emails pertaining to an important shipment. We had to call them many times, yet they never replied nor followed up on our pickup instructions at all, (we emailed them as well, and confirmed with them over the phone to no avail). Our needs and requirements as their client were completely disregarded by them. So, it became clear to us that our move was delayed by them so they could have other runs for their drivers to take instead of ours and regardless of our outstanding and previously confirmed move. We say beware of this trucking company as they are extremely unreliable."
