"I have never ever written a review before, this is my first one. That is how bad this company is. The most sketchy and dishonest company I’ve had to interact with. Please look at reviews before you try and book with a moving/shipping company. Forms of payment were very weird and it’s a fake contract and they will try and take as much money out of you before they are done. Caught in lies multiple times over the phone when I wanted to speak to them. None of them I could understand due to thick accents. Very sketchy"

"WARNING-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I rarely write negative reviews but I feel as if I need to WARN others about the very shady practices of this business. I'm reporting them to the BBB and am also going to be taking them to court. I'm not going into full details as it would take all day to write about this company but simply put, they left me stranded before I was to have my car transported. I have a SIGNED CONTRACT with the price I was to pay for transporting my car. I hired them a month prior and was told multiple times that they had a driver but when it came down to it, they NEVER had a driver lined up and at the last minute, tried to charge me nearly DOUBLE of what was listed in my contract along with numerous text messages that I kept and still have in writing. I called them on the Friday before I was leaving, asking where the driver was as my car was not picked up yet, and they said they "found" one but had to charge me nearly double. NO WAY! Again, I had a SIGNED CONTRACT with a SET PRICE. I offered to let United Global pay the difference as I was only paying the price in my contract as THEIR problem of not actually finding a driver sooner was NOT MY problem. The customer service agent, Chris Salo, whom I had been working with all along, said he'd take care of it but when I talked with him later in the day, nothing had changed. He was still charging me nearly double the price. This was about 4-5 p.m. on Friday evening and I was leaving at 5 a.m. the next morning. I told him their company was fired as I was not going to pay double and I very highly doubted that he even had a driver that was coming. He had told me previously that he had a driver but that was never the case. I told him then that I would be hiring an attorney. I gave United Global MULTIPLE opportunities to pay the difference for my vehicle transport, which I had to hire someone at the last minute and luckily found someone local, but they refused and because of that, I'm taking them to court and reporting them to the BBB. They will have to pay my legal expenses as well for my attorney, court costs, etc. I have a feeling they do this scam all the time so that people will feel obligated to pay whatever they charge at the last minute or they leave you stranded! Again, this is a WARNING. Please heed and do NOT let this happen to you! Spread the word!"
