"If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Tina, an employee, made false promises and kept lying to me throughout the whole process of getting my car transported last summer. Tina promised me a very low rate that was a lot cheaper than their competitors for my car to be transported to one location and back (if it sounds too good to be true, it is). They trick you into first paying an invoice for you to be stuck with them and then they manipulate the situation. After I paid the invoice, I received a statement that had $ amounts we never discussed before. When I asked about the amounts, Tina made up calculations with different deposits and invoice fees that did not make any sense. I eventually got on the phone with the auto carrier company and Tina, where I discovered that Dixon made an agreement with the auto carrier for $700 more than we originally discussed. After this discovery, I refused to continue working with Dixon. I felt manipulated, cheated, and lied to the entire time I worked with them."

"I will say this, I never knew getting my car shipped could be so frustrating but it was a horrible aggravation until Dixon Logistics contacted me. I spoke with Matt on a Wednesday and had my car on Thursday night/Friday morning (2am). The communication was great. He let me know everything that was going on without BSing me. He worked really hard to get me taken care of because I had been waiting a week for my car from a company who promised me 24 hours turnaround and went MIA and other companies making bids on my behalf that I never spoke with. If I ever need anything transported in the future I know who to call directly. Thanks for everything. I love my car and it showed up without any issues!!!"

"I almost didn't use them because of some negative reviews. Then I realized that 5-6 bad reviews over many years of service simply means the happy people didn't leave a review. So, I used them. Shipped a car from IL to FL. I was getting prices close to $600. I asked Iris @ Dixon if they could do it for $500. She said absolutely. I signed paperwork, next day car was picked up, 2 days later, it's in Florida. Absolutely perfectly executed!!! I couldn't be happier. I am sure some others have had issues as the trucking brokerage business isn't an easy business to execute and they are at the mercy of the drivers, but my transaction went off without a hitch. Best part was I told them I didn't care when the car got picked up or dropped off, yet it was delivered 4 days after I signed!!!! Thank you Iris & Dixon!!!"

From the very first phone call, this company has been on point with my needs. The staff is amicable and eager to aide no matter the question or time of day. They provide around the clock customer support. YES! A full 24 hours of assistance. My car arrived to me unblemished. Just as I desired. The transaction couldn't have gone any smoother. No bumps or hiccups. I could not ask for a better experience.
