"Worst experience EVER with a shipping company. I paid for someone to pickup a scheduled package for me assuming that the SHIPPING company would be there ON, Between or even Closed to the time of delivery....but WRONG. Needless to say I was put on hold for 15min, and the lady (erica) came back and said sorry "I was on the other line"!!!!. She also said we are not OBLIGATED to deliver at specific if we are late...sorry....and BTY your delivery is going to be even LATER than what we scheduled with you....Im sorry I could have sworn that this company is getting PAID.....WOW...Im a disabled veteran and paid for someone (per Hour) to help me with this large package....Beware of there Service/Customer Service!!!"
