"Driver was very helpful, friendly and went as far as waiting for us until my father’s appointment was over. Driver gets 5/5 for service and got a nice cash tip of $25. Not sure who “Bruno” is, I spoke with him for the first time earlier this week, said he would “call back in 20 minutes” because I rang at a busy time (fair enough), but never called back, despite me saying I needed to sort transportation at short notice. I rang again the next day, spoke with Bruno again, who managed to sort transportation service mentioned in my first paragraph. I mentioned that he never rang me back the day before, and didn’t even have the courtesy to apologise or show any sign of empathy. Bruno gets 1/5 rating for mismanaging expectations and lacking common courtesy."
