"The place is excellent and have incredible things but there is too much racism. My family and I was treated in a hostile and little cordial way. We were looking for implements for our children but after such a lot we have decided not to buy anything. I will never ever be back"

"This store has a lot of items however the customer service at checkout is horrible. The lady is constantly rude, snarky borderline verbally abusive. I’ve visited this store on separate occasions and it’s always the same with her. Today I finally decided to not go through with my purchases and walked out. My money spends the same as everyone else’s, just because I’m not dressed in show attire does not mean I should be treated poorly. Management should do better. I will never step foot inside this store ever again. Spend my money elsewhere. Customers should never have to be treated this way."

"As a recurring customer, the older gal at the counter was extremely rude and had a very poor attitude. Two 23 year old dressage riders shopping for new bits had asked her for assistance; was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Completely ignored our concerns and talked down to us while asking a valid question. Will not be going back unfortunately and will recommend to other riders/professionals not to attend this store. Very poor experience as I mentioned have been a reoccurring customer for years. This lady has been here for a very long time- maybe need to seek other professions."

"Max was so present for an over the phone purchase that i felt 100% comfortable with making the purchase, on her recommendation. I find the staff to be very familiar with products, but not pressing a sale, and even with a Wellington address, prices are fair/ comparable to any other tack store. And... the shipping dept sent the bridle overnight, much to my delight!! What a pleasure to do business with such great people! Many thanks Max!"
