"I wouldn't trust Cathy Stecher's 5 star review. A simple google search reveals she is the owner/president of this company! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! They never call before they come like they say they will! Not for deliveries, and not for returns. Twice now they have delivered the same order to my home. The first time they were supposed to bring it inside my house since I paid extra for that when I placed the order, but they just dropped it off in front of my door. That one turned out to be damaged, most likely by them! Both times they never even bothered to ring my doorbell or knock on my door. My husband was home both times and wanted to inspect the item before they left. They make it impossible for you to do that. They give you a time window of when they are coming, but don't even come when they say they will. If I had the option, I would never use this company, but since I order through a certain nationwide home repair company that rhymes with "gnome depot" I have no choice!"
