"I purchased a pair of Tucci paddock boots and half chaps online. They’re beautiful but the shoes r too narrow for my feet. I called to inquire about other brands in hopes of getting something different. I explained that Parlanti fits me perfectly and asked about Sergio Grasso. The customer service rep was quite rude and said, “in our area- Wellington- Tucci fits most people so I can’t help u.” There is no return request or number, as is customary. U just return the items within 15 days - from the delivery date, shipping date, order date?? - and hope for a refund. There is absolute no information available about how refunds work. I regret the purchase and would not do business with TackNRider again."
