"The staff at this location is beyond rude and can't be bothered to help you. They talk to you like you are garbage and when you don't understand something they explain it with an attitude. Store is a mess. Items placed in the wrong section and I was told "you grabbed the wrong item..." no honey, it's your store - you put the item in the wrong place, and then you say, "you have to go to the other side of the store and grab the right item." I don't HAVE to do anything. If you don't want my business just say so...your stuff isn't worth the price and you treat your customers like trash. Never buying VS ever again. Maybe I'll come back if you bring the Angels back."
"Horrible experience with some lady that she thinks she is in charge of the fitting room, she tried to told me what bra should I get , and she wants to come inside the fitting room, so disgusting, when I mentioned to the manager, she said she is the employee who must sale un the store. Well you definitely won't have my business"
"Horrible service at checkout. You spend more than $150 dollars on products and they simply regulate gift bags. It's ridiculous for a store like this. and we can see the many bags behind the cash register. If a store of this standard does not have the possibility of giving gift bags to customers, imposing limits on purchases, they will not even sell them anymore."
"Manager is incompetent to help customers. Received the wrong size and wanted to exchange for a different size. Did not want money back or a gift card- an even exchange for a different size. Insisted on having a receipt even if it’s a gift. How does that even make sense? Tags are still on it! Just exchange the product! Edited to add: after I posted, I went to look at other reviews to see if I was being unreasonable and as you can read, this store has problems with the management and customer service!"
"As a man, I wanted to try on a corset for a concert. The employees initial response was to laugh and told me I had to leave the fitting room area and wait outside for my friend. After I told her it was me who wanted to try it on, I waited 10 minutes for her to get the managers approval. Even after they said yes, I had to use a room in the very back corner of the changing area and was told to let them know when I was finished so they could escort me out."
