"Very good mid size to smaller company to work for. Good location for what it is ... lots and lots of plants and that type going out. Hard work unloading then breaking down .. I only left because my back went out and I couldn't perform the work anymore. I was in a lease with an old wore down truck .. but we kept repairing things and kept it going. They never denied anything I wanted with it .. felt like a good team effort with this company. After you're out, you can stay out as long as you want, unless they need you for more plant loads, running broker loads. My dispatcher was great .. one of the best I've had in 15 years. We worked TOGETHER in finding loads where I wanted to go. Pay was great, percentage wise. People in the office were great. Everything was on a first name basis. Any problems got solved immediately. I'd have stayed on, if I could."
