"I live out of the way of them they have been for the last yr said delivered or attempted 1-3 days in a row but haven’t. I’m sure the driver is to lazy to actually drive out to my address, almost every fedex package. Now 3 months later said I had to pick up the package at the Davenport pickup center but not given right directions or time. You can only pickup 8-12 and 2-6pm but the lady on the phone didn’t mention that so after struggling to find the tiny little office in the back, made it at 12:06 and guess what no one wanted to help me until 2 pm"

"Your driver said we refused the package, but they never came to our address. Now the item I have been waiting for is going back to the seller. If I could give zero stars I would have. Oh and they delivered someone else's package to my house and still have not picked that up yet. Way to go FedEx. UPDATE: FedEx called me and was advised that my package is on its way to my home. I will update once I actually receive my package."

"Worst customer service ever! The driver pushed our package off the truck and let it hit the ground bouncing and rolling everywhere. It's an $600 theatre chair in the box. And we have 6 boxes. The driver assumed I was not home. When I saw her pushed it off the truck, I came out to confront her and she lied and said box fell off and she didn't push it off. Fed Ex truck number is 475217, delivered june 6,2022 at 2:30pm. She did not apologize and just sped off. I called Fed ex to file a complaint, but they will not do anything about this incident."
