"Horrible experience with Jeremy. I went for printing services which I had ordered online. After waiting in line for 25 minutes I was informed that the due date for this was not until tomorrow and they have 24 hours after an order is placed to print. This was for letter sized documents. I asked if there was any way that this could be printed now and I was informed that he would print it for me right now if I emailed it to him and paid for the service again. So you do have the ability to print for me but just refuse to do so unless I pay for the same service twice? Disappointing. I went to the UPS 10 minutes down the street and had the same scenario and was greeted with a smile and the willingness to help. I would avoid this location at all costs."
