FedEx Ground Ocala

"If I could give a zero star I would. FedEx hub in Ocala Fl has an employee attitude problem. I live in community with everyone having a site number very clearly marked on homes. Drivers dump all packages at one site and when questioned laugh and walk away. This kind of behavior has been going on for a year I will no longer order from companies that ship FedEx. It’s almost impossible to call and complain. Businesses should stop using"

"I have been waiting on a package for 3 days now ocala is only an hour away from where I live every time I have a package come thru FedEx I always go thru This from now own when I order something I will tell the company please do not use FedEx this company suck!!!"

"Absolute garage of a company. I ship UPS for a reason. My distributor shipped FedEx despite my account marked for UPS only and this is the exact reason why! Every time something is shipped via FedEx it is ALWAYS delayed and this is for a business account. I can’t have packages showing up WHENEVER. I’m stuck at my shop until 7PM waiting for the update to change from “OUT FOR DELIVERY” to “PENDING” to finally the next day. And I’m lucky if that doesn’t happen twice. The dozen of people I know that worked for you ALL say it’s a terrible environment. DO BETTER!!!! Oh and your non existent customer service is hot trash too."

"14 years shipping with FedEx I have NEVER had a pleasant situation dealing with your customer service. They refuse to give out location phone numbers. They refuse to help you on the phone and never offer any help. Your policies and procedures are complete headaches to deal with. Garbage garbage garbage company."
