"It was not such a great experience today....I waited at the register, while the associate finished filling up balloons, she saw me there but chose to ignore me. After she was done, she looked at me and asked if I was ready. She then rolled her eyes and gestured with her hands to go to the register she was at. She was very rude and unprofessional. Did not greet or acknowledge me, and rang everything up with a negative attitude, just throwing things on the counter. After we paid, she showed the first signs of niceness by saying have a nice day...though given our experience, could be taken as "get out of my face so I can go back to doing nothing"..."

"Katrina was an amazing help!! she was kind and went above and beyond to help me with my order. Made sure it was handled quickly and was delivered promptly. I will definitely continue being a customer at this location as long as Katrina is there!!"

"I am not one that writes reviews but will take the time to write this one in the hopes that the store will learn customer service. I came in because it is my daughter's birthday and I needed help with finding a balloon bouquet that was online. I was willing to spend over $100. The only person that can help is the cashier and the cashier does not want to help or is to busy to help. Ask her a couple of times and she just points that the 16th birthday balloons are over there as if I know the store. Finally I just walked out of there. Will bring my money where it is valued."
