"Keeps drinks cool but the lid doesn’t work, spills out liquid! Have to lean cup way back, nothing comes out, then gushes all over with lid. Poor design."
"I have been using Tervis tumblers for over 35 years. Recently however we purchased a new mug from them. I brought it home, washed it and put 4 ice cubes in it with water and immediately there was condensation on the mug. We brought it back after the holiday and they refused to take it back saying condensation was normal with ice cubes and I probably put too many ice cubes in the cup. After 10 minutes of quarreling they finally exchanged the mug but I’m not sure I will be going back. There are other companies that will honor their warranties."
"Very neat store, sells drink glasses and other neat items. Glasses don't sweat as they are insulated. A little pricey, but worth it."
