"We dropped off two 1968 Schwinns for new tires and tubes. We brought them down to Siesta Key from Chicago 40 years ago and rode them all the time on vacation. Stopped riding them about 30 yrs ago. Needless to say, they were in rough shape. Rob was very enthusiastic about bringing our old Schwinns back to life. It wasn’t easy finding tires, but he succeeded and showed us how to get rid of all the rust. They ride great."

"I've had bad experiences with bicycle repair shops in Sarasota. Trip#1 was to a shop that was so arrogant, they wouldn't even look at my bike because it cost less than $500. Trip#2 was a nice, older man who who reeked of weed when I met him (which was not the problem) but then when I called to drop off my bike he never answered phone or returned my calls (maybe it was the problem lol). Rob @ The Bike Shop will be around for a long time. Very responsive and understands the importance of a good customer experience. Three trips with three bikes all 100% positive experiences. Yay!"
