"We decided to go to the airport early and take advantage of our free passes here. This was our first time in a United Club lounge and we were pleasantly surprised. Complimentary food and drinks were excellent and it was relatively quiet and comfortable. We had a sleeping toddler so that was important. They had outlets and USB chargers everywhere. Restroom was clean. It was pretty packed, though. They might benefit from a larger space in the future. We might pay to come here more often!"
"I like this club. The staff was friendly, and the bathrooms were clean The food has improved from the former older club. The seating area by the buffet is a nice place to eat. Then you can sit over on the comfy chairs in the lounge area and enjoy your coffee and charge your devices"
"THE UNITED CLUB at Fort Lauderdale is mid-century styled with comfortable seating and convenient power outlets. The space is divided into several seating areas to reduce cacophony. The Club's menu includes both vegan and conventional foods, served cafeteria style. The comfortable snack area has a cold drink dispenser with almost limitless selections. A hot drink station, located near the bar, offers an extensive collection of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate drinks. In addition, there are several, chilled, fresh fruit, infused water dispensers. The bathrooms are spotless. Like all United Clubs, the staff couldn't be nicer. They are well trained, kind, and efficient."
"I am extremely pleased with United on our current trip from FLL to Taipei! No issues minor delays and very attentive service! As a longtime Milage Plus member I am glad to be using United again for my international travels! Also, their Polaris lounge at SanFran was much better than Amex Centurion Lounge. Less crowed and better food and drink selections!"
